Andy Gregory

Brings deep expertise in a range of complex capital projects specifically for global leaders in the Oil and Gas Upstream business.

 

Combining leadership and team player skills, Andy is passionate about the sector and working to improve businesses strategically, operationally and financially.  He has 20 years of experience across technology strategy, data management, vendor and application selection, technology implementation and business re-engineering. 

Andy is equally passionate about travel and is always looking for his next adventure. 

 

Ed Evans 
Director

Is a trusted advisor on data and technical applications, a thought leader in the space who applies over two decades of experience working across the sector helping organisations improve performance, grow, change and innovate. 

 

Ed has extensive experience in digital strategy enabling his clients to achieve results in productivity, risk management and operational efficiency by defining and implementing projects that take advantage of evolving technology advances.

Ed has worked as a volunteer school governor for many years. He also works as a mentor for a number of start up companies as part of the Mass Challenge initiative.

 

Jonathan Jenkins
Director

Spent his formative years as a mud logger in Angola, a geophysicist in Venezuela and an interpreter of radar and magnetic data in Canada.  Jonathan has led projects in building technologies that would integrate disparate technologies.

 

Encouraged to break the software, he became an expert on pushing seismic interpretation to the limit by using waveform shaping analysis. Jonathan’s depth of expertise enables him to work with our clients to push boundaries and drive projects with specialist competencies that bring the best business outcomes.

 

Jonathan loves rugby, is a school finance governor and is a complete Tintin fanatic.

Glen Burridge
Lead Consultant

Helps companies in Upstream Oil and Gas to deliver meaningful & innovative solutions with pressing technical management issues spanning people, practice & technology.  Glen has experience working across varied aspects of the subsurface as management consultant, business analyst and asset geoscientist. 

 

With a proven track record in project work advising on training, best practice workflows & technical software, Glen brings specialist knowledge and insight to deliver transformative outcomes. 

 

Peggy Tsang-Lark
Senior Consultant - Drilling & Completions

Brings technical subject matter expertise in subsurface drilling data management with a proven track record of implementing projects and technologies for clients.

 

A qualified computer scientist by background, Peggy has a high degree of proficiency in most industry software within D&C and has first-hand experience of the benefits of transformative cloud services in that domain, together with an in-depth understanding of the requirements of cross-domain data transaction and integration. Peggy brings an open minded, innovative, customer-focused approach to problem solving and has the ability to engage with customers and colleagues at all levels of an organization. Her

extensive experience with many of the leading oil and gas companies, both in Australia and internationally, demonstrates her ability to deliver consistently high quality outcomes. She is a results-oriented self-starter who very much enjoys working as part of a team.

David Boyle
Senior Consultant - Data Management

Specialises in the global delivery of high value E&P Information Technology. Armed with a Geology degree David started out in offshore well operations before moving into technical application support and subsurface data management. As a subject matter expert in geoscience IT workflow David has implemented myriad combinations of geoscience applications whilst working as a Business Analyst and Project manager. 

 

With Operator experience both as a Global Subsurface Applications Manager and North Sea Technical Applications and Data Manager, David is suited to transformational projects where his leadership, project management and ability to build high functioning teams will deliver business results. 

 

Away from work David is a Science Fiction film maker, racing cyclist and welding Artist.

Colin Swaine
Senior Consultant

A consultant with experience and expertise gained over more than forty years within the oil industry, the vast majority with BP.  

 

Colin’s technical geoscience experience in his early career was a solid foundation for his transition to a number of petrotechnical data management roles in BP’s Vietnam, Kuwait and Azerbaijan technical teams.

Later as IT Manager he was responsible for capturing petrotechnical IT demand as well as project definition and delivery for BP’s Azerbaijan, Libya, Reservoir Development and Upstream Technology teams. 

Colin has good experience of working internationally and is very aware of the importance of building and maintaining strong working relationships with stakeholders, IT project and service delivery teams that are built on respect, cooperation and trust.

Saeed Ahmed
Senior Consultant - Geoscience

Is a qualified geoscientist with more than 15 years of Oil and Gas industry experience. Having worked in Europe, Africa, Middle East & Asia Saeed brings an extensive array of international geoscience consulting and data management accomplishments.

 

He possesses a great track record of planning & executing projects, working in both a technical and Team Lead capacity, and has in-depth knowledge of both the Landmark and Schlumberger suites of tools.

In addition to his problem-solving skills, Saeed rightly prides himself on his excellent networking and stakeholder management capability and is consistently regarded as an essential member of the teams he works within.

 

In 2015 Saeed relocated from the UAE to Australia, where he has settled happily with his young family.

Claudia Siano
Geoscience Workflow Advisor

Has worked extensively as a specialist geoscience consultant with most of the oil and gas companies in Australia and has built an enviable reputation for delivering innovative, high-quality outcomes, both as an individual and as a key member of various technical teams.

 

A highly qualified geoscientist, Claudia is an expert in most commercial geoscience software and is able to work in both an advisory and hands-on technical specialist capacity right across the subsurface workflow and data spectrums.

 

Tony Leach
Senior Consultant - Geoscience

Brings extensive project consulting and

geoscience data management experience with expert knowledge of seismic, petrophysical, cartographic and GIS data, along with a high level of proficiency in the associated tools. He has consistently delivered value from data management roles in the North Sea, as well as in international exploration and development for leading operators in the UK, Norway & Middle East.

 

As an excellent and patient communicator Tony has been able to work directly with asset teams to ensure users get the most benefit from their technical systems and data, pioneering the development of the Asset Data Manager role for a number of clients.

Tony is always ready for a challenge and has recently embraced and is enjoying the technical and cultural change of working in the Middle East. 

 

Tony enjoys a growing family, compiling family history, many sports including cycling, golf, football and racquet games, walking, exploring and maintaining a positive attitude. 

Gareth Dunnett
Senior Consultant - Drilling & Completions

Offers a wealth of experience having spent many years working internationally for Landmark/Halliburton, including a variety of management, consulting and technical roles in the UK, Middle East and USA. He is an expert in drilling data management and in the Landmark Drilling and Completions suite of software applications.

 

With a background in Geology and a number of years spent at rig-sites around the globe he brings a keen insight into the challenges faced when trying to integrate the D&C and subsurface worlds. Moving data to the Cloud and harnessing Data Analytics are just two of the many things that Gareth can help you achieve.

 

Victoria Kirk
Senior Consultant - Geoscience

Is a Geoscience Data Consultant with extensive experience in subsurface data management and a proven track record in implementing transformative workflows and technologies for clients. A qualified geophysicist by background, Victoria has a high degree of proficiency in most industry software and has an in-depth understanding of the key workflows spanning exploration, quantitative interpretation through to static model generation.

 

Victoria brings an open minded, innovative, customer-focused approach to problem solving and has the ability to engage with customers and colleagues at all levels of an organization. Her extensive experience with many of the leading oil and gas companies, both in Australia and internationally, demonstrates her ability to deliver consistently high-quality outcomes. She is a results-oriented self-starter who very much enjoys working as part of a team.

  

Dean Tollis
Senior Change Management Consultant

Enjoys leading change and transformation projects and brings a "can do" pragmatic, benefits-driven approach to projects, and their implementation and organisational change requirements, drawing on experience gained in multiple industries, including both oil & gas and mining.

 

He has a proven track record of building solid sponsorship models that ensure the right level of support exists throughout an organisation, not just from the sponsor holding the project budget, and assists clients in building change management capabilities within the business that support successful transformation.

Dean Mikkelsen
Senior Consultant - Data Management

Has over 20 years experience in Information & Data Management as it applies to Data Warehousing in governments, National Oil Companies, and major Exploration & Production companies. He has worked extensively in the oil services sector as a Technical Project Manager, Technical Lead and has been involved in every aspect of the development process, from analysis and design to implementation and maintenance. He has also been an entrepreneur, has managed a small software company, and has been a consultant. He has deep experience with technical applications and technical data in Oil and Gas from their use in workflows to implementing complex integrated systems at larger enterprises. Dean also has technical skills in data manipulation in PL/SQL and in building web pages and dashboards for visualisation of data, as well as part of data quality initiatives. He has a background in geodetics and GIS.

 

Dean has worked in many diverse locations worldwide and enjoys travel, languages and reading as well as bringing up his young family.

Sandie Petrie
Senior Consultant - Petroleum Engineering

Is a Petroleum Engineer and a well-respected upstream oil and gas professional with over 40 years industry experience gained in a variety of technical, commercial and management roles at BP and as a consultant for most of the major E&P companies and independents.

 

His expertise is asset management: the integration of the subsurface disciplines of geoscience, petrophysics, petroleum & reservoir engineering and understanding how it links to production technology, drilling, facilities engineering and ultimately production, cash flow, reserves and value. 

 

Sandy has significant experience in deploying digital oilfield technology, processes and behaviours. He has developed capability in data discovery and data analytics to support E&P industry business challenges. 

Natalie Devine
Business Development Manager

Brings extensive interpersonal skills and a collaborative customer approach. Natalie started her career as a mud-logger with Schlumberger, working predominantly within the UK and Norwegian sectors. She subsequently completed a Masters Degree in Integrated Petroleum Geoscience at the University of Aberdeen, after which she became a Wireline and Perforation Engineer for Halliburton. During her time there, Natalie worked throughout the UK and continental Europe both at onshore and offshore locations, before transitioning into a role within the Business Development team, focusing on expanding the business in the UK and European Markets.

 

Natalie is a keen hill walker and has discovered a passion for running, recently completing her first half marathon. In her spare time she enjoys reading detective novels as well as visiting her family in Chester.
