Non-Executive Director
Brings deep expertise in a range of complex capital projects specifically for global leaders in the Oil and Gas Upstream business.
Combining leadership and team player skills, Andy is passionate about the sector and working to improve businesses strategically, operationally and financially. He has 20 years of experience across technology strategy, data management, vendor and application selection, technology implementation and business re-engineering.
Andy is equally passionate about travel and is always looking for his next adventure.
Is a trusted advisor on data and technical applications, a thought leader in the space who applies over two decades of experience working across the sector helping organisations improve performance, grow, change and innovate.
Ed has extensive experience in digital strategy enabling his clients to achieve results in productivity, risk management and operational efficiency by defining and implementing projects that take advantage of evolving technology advances.
Ed has worked as a volunteer school governor for many years. He also works as a mentor for a number of start up companies as part of the Mass Challenge initiative.
Jonathan Jenkins
Director
Spent his formative years as a mud logger in Angola, a geophysicist in Venezuela and an interpreter of radar and magnetic data in Canada. Jonathan has led projects in building technologies that would integrate disparate technologies.
Encouraged to break the software, he became an expert on pushing seismic interpretation to the limit by using waveform shaping analysis. Jonathan’s depth of expertise enables him to work with our clients to push boundaries and drive projects with specialist competencies that bring the best business outcomes.
Jonathan loves rugby, is a school finance governor and is a complete Tintin fanatic.

Colin Swaine
Senior Consultant - Geoscience
A consultant with experience and expertise gained over more than forty years within the oil industry, the vast majority with BP.
Colin’s technical geoscience experience in his early career was a solid foundation for his transition to a number of petrotechnical data management roles in BP’s Vietnam, Kuwait and Azerbaijan technical teams.
Later as IT Manager he was responsible for capturing petrotechnical IT demand as well as project definition and delivery for BP’s Azerbaijan, Libya, Reservoir Development and Upstream Technology teams.
Colin has good experience of working internationally and is very aware of the importance of building and maintaining strong working relationships with stakeholders, IT project and service delivery teams that are built on respect, cooperation and trust.
Peggy Tsang-Lark
Senior Consultant - Drilling & Completions
Brings technical subject matter expertise in subsurface drilling data management with a proven track record of implementing projects and technologies for clients.
A qualified computer scientist by background, Peggy has a high degree of proficiency in most industry software within D&C and has first-hand experience of the benefits of transformative cloud services in that domain, together with an in-depth understanding of the requirements of cross-domain data transaction and integration. Peggy brings an open minded, innovative, customer-focused approach to problem solving and has the ability to engage with customers and colleagues at all levels of an organization. Her
extensive experience with many of the leading oil and gas companies, both in Australia and internationally, demonstrates her ability to deliver consistently high quality outcomes. She is a results-oriented self-starter who very much enjoys working as part of a team.
Kevin Fitzmaurice
Senior Consultant - Geoscience
Started his career in Oil & Gas in the U.K. and worked in Europe, the Middle East and South East Asia before moving to Australia 20 years ago. Since then he has worked at major and smaller oil companies as both employee and consultant.
He is very customer focused and loves using the database, application and scripting skills he has developed to help clients get the most value from their data. He is looking forward to the big changes brought by cloud computing and the new skills that will be needed.
Kevin loves motorsports as both competitor and spectator, has joined the e-mountain bike revolution and is juggling these pastimes with raising a young family.
Tony Leach
Senior Consultant - Geoscience
Brings extensive project consulting and
geoscience data management experience with expert knowledge of seismic, petrophysical, cartographic and GIS data, along with a high level of proficiency in the associated tools. He has consistently delivered value from data management roles in the North Sea, as well as in international exploration and development for leading operators in the UK, Norway & Middle East.
As an excellent and patient communicator Tony has been able to work directly with asset teams to ensure users get the most benefit from their technical systems and data, pioneering the development of the Asset Data Manager role for a number of clients.
Tony is always ready for a challenge and has recently embraced and is enjoying the technical and cultural change of working in the Middle East.
Tony enjoys a growing family, compiling family history, many sports including cycling, golf, football and racquet games, walking, exploring and maintaining a positive attitude.
Victoria Kirk
Senior Consultant - Geoscience
Is a Geoscience Data Consultant with extensive experience in subsurface data management and a proven track record in implementing transformative workflows and technologies for clients. A qualified geophysicist by background, Victoria has a high degree of proficiency in most industry software and has an in-depth understanding of the key workflows spanning exploration, quantitative interpretation through to static model generation.
Victoria brings an open minded, innovative, customer-focused approach to problem solving and has the ability to engage with customers and colleagues at all levels of an organization. Her extensive experience with many of the leading oil and gas companies, both in Australia and internationally, demonstrates her ability to deliver consistently high-quality outcomes. She is a results-oriented self-starter who very much enjoys working as part of a team.
Dean Tollis
Senior Consultant - Change Management
Enjoys leading change and transformation projects and brings a "can do" pragmatic, benefits-driven approach to projects, and their implementation and organisational change requirements, drawing on experience gained in multiple industries, including both oil & gas and mining.
He has a proven track record of building solid sponsorship models that ensure the right level of support exists throughout an organisation, not just from the sponsor holding the project budget, and assists clients in building change management capabilities within the business that support successful transformation.
